1. I have one thing to say about Medifast…..it works! If you look at any of the Medifast opinions you will find positive feedback. Anyone who has given this diet an honest try has noticeable weight loss. With Medifast, you eat six times a day and this keeps the hunger away. You eat five meals of the over 70 prepackaged food choices that Medifast gives you and then you have one meal you make yourself. This diet is low carbs and calories and high in protein. I have found that I can mix up the foods and make more food choices that I enjoy. I have lost 30 pounds in three months and still losing.

2. The Medifast diet once was only prescribed by doctors as a weight loss plan. It is a completely safe and healthy approach to weightloss and may of the medifast opinions will support this. The food you eat on Medifast is prepackaged and does all of the guess work and calorie counting for you. This food is quite tasty and affordable. I was afraid I could not afford the Medifast diet plan but it is actually saving me money because my grocery bill is practically nothing now.

3. I would like to join the vast number of Medifast opinions and say that this plan is the real deal. I have also found as I read the Medifast opinions of others that in addition to weight loss, Medifast leads to motivation. For me and countless others as the weight began to drop, a renewed sense in self emerged. As I began to lose weight and be happy with myself, it made me want to get moving and exercise and this just led to more positive changes with my body. Medifast is proven to work!
